* Item info - These are newer condition women's gloves from prior winter. These were handled a bit and not in perfect shape. Tried on while back in the store perhaps, but never owned. A very soft black leather and plush soft on the inside. 

* My work environment is immaculately clean. There are no pets in my work area nor anything that can damage

the item you purchased. I will never ship anything damaged, dirty or with foreign smells without mentioning it in that particular listing with a discount. The bed shown in some photo's is used as a model only. It's always precleaned.

    My simple return policy. There will be no questions asked if you choose to return any item you purchase within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a full refund. The buyer pays for return shipping with a 15% restocking fee. Thank you

       I will always ship out within one business day and sometimes the same day if I have enough time. Expect one business day and also expect Friday purchases to go out Monday. Sometimes I might switch shipping at the last minute between USPS and Fedex or visa versa.
