Pair of German World War II Army HEER General Shoulder Boards. 

They measure 1 5/8" wide by 4 3/8" long. Has silver and gold bullion braided wire on top with a red wool base below. There is a separate tongue on the bottom of each shoulder board making them the slip-on variety.
