All the items will be checked and packed in good condition, and will be shipped via Royal Mail within 1 business days after receipt of payment.

 

Premium delivery is available via DPD Next Day delivery.

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

 

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

 

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
