LOCAL PICKUPS
Local pickups are always welcome depending on which warehouse the item is
located. Contact us for details of where the item that you are bidding on
is located and if local pickup is available. The listing will
normally say if local pickups are available.
COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS
Items shipping common carrier (LTL) are generally shipped within two business days after payment is made. Some exceptions may apply. Larger items that must be shipped via flatbed trailer will ship as soon as the truck can be secured, usually no more than 3-5 business days.
It is very important that the seller provide us with accurate shipping info on freight shipments, we must know if we will be shipping to a business, the business name, address, contact info, and if receiver has a way to unload the pallet/item or if we need to arrange for a lift gate. All of these details can greatly change the price of an LTL shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship outside of the U.S. only if the buyer has a UPS, DHL Export, or
FedEx Export account to which we can bill charges. The buyer is responsible for
any applicable import duties and or taxes.
We gladly accept all methods of ebay payments such as Credit Cards, PayPal, Certified Funds, or Cash for local pickups. We do not accept personal or business checks. On large items we may request certified funds only.
RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION
