PART DETAILS:

THROTTLE POSITION SENSORS are variable voltage type sensors that are located on the throttle body. This sensor provides the PCM with throttle plate movement necessary to optimize engine performance. Over time the THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR can fail due to high heat under the hood, worn contact points from high usage and normal wear and tear. Typical failure signs are Check Engine Light with DTC codes ranging from P0120 through P0125, engine hesitation when accelerating or rough engine idle.

Throttle Position Sensor 1997-2001 Lexus ES300 3.0L, 1999-2003 Lexus RX300 3.0L utilizing Multi-point or electronic fuel Injection delivery for the following years/models/engines listed below and in the compatibility charts.
