It is a brand new reproduction of the original.  It includes the frame bracket, bushing, arm, and castle nuts.  Designed for use with factory non-power steering and for aftermarket 605 or 670 power steering conversions.  For this kind of price, its not even worth trying to clean up your original!  This is a heavy duty, nice quality piece.
