HAS BEEN TESTED AND IS NOT WORKING,
BALANCE MOVES FREELY, BUT DOES NOT TICK,
AND SECOND HAND IS LOOSE

Has been tested and it is being sold in AS-IS, for repair, restoration or parts condition.  The balance does seem to move freely for a few seconds when jump started, but it will not tick and the second hand is loose, but it is inside the crystal.  It does not seem overwound, pendulum moves freely, winds by jewel, and hands, date and day adjust works as it should.


Exterior shows normal wear, including typical surface scuff marks, scratches, scratches and pitting at the case opening point, smoothing of details on the back cover, patina and soiling over the dial, and scratches over the acrylic crystal.  It has not been cleaned or polished, but is clean, has nice shine, has no signs of plating loss, and back of movement is clean.  Jewel may have been replaced as it is not marked with the Bulova logo.  Band shows normal wear, including light bends, but is very clean.


Back cover is very light marked due to smoothing, but reads BULOVA GOLD FILLED 10 KT SHOCK RESISTANT SELF-WINDING ANTI-MAGNETIC L7 C633042.  Inside of cover reads BULOVA FIFTH AVE. NEW YORK.  Dial reads BULOVA 23 JEWELS SIX ADJUSTMENTS and back of movement is marked BULOVA - USA 23 JEWELS 6 ADJUSTMENTS 10BPAD HEAT - COLD - ISOCHRONISM - 3 POSITIONS L5.
