Has been tested for over 5 straight days of working condition, but is running 2-4 minutes slow per each 24 hour period.  It is not overwound, balance does move freely, second hand moves when running, and hands adjust feature works as it should.


Exterior of the case shows light wear, including typical surface marks, scratches, light scratches over the acrylic crystal, and scratches at the case opening point.  Dial shows does show patina, soiling, and rust on the hands, while the back of the movement is clean with light visible tarnish.


It is marked on the inside of the case cover STAR WATCH CASE COMPANY ADAMS 7809940.  Dial reads SOUTH BEND and back of the movement is marked SOUTH BEND WATCH CO. U.S.A. 19 JEWELS 429 ADJUSTED TEMP 4 POSITIONS 1136586, where based in online serial number databases, it should correctly date this watch to 1925, as a grade 429, model 1, and size 12s.
