These are brand new but the package was opened as a return from the customer all the chargers and batteries and instruction manuals will be included just the packaging has been open and we have tested the units to be perfect and working perfectly. The units may be black in color or brown pending on what we have available in stock if this is an issue on the color please do not place your bid.
