Dye for Easter Eggs

Description

4 Sachets of dye:
Red, blue, green and yellow colours. For colouring 40 eggs

Keep the boiled eggs in warm water. Dissolve the dyes separately in 150 ml hot water and add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar. Immerse the eggs one by one in the solution until reaching the desired colour. To get multi-coloured eggs: Use a cotton pad to wrap the egg and then drop a bit of different colours all over and leave for few minutes. Dry and rub the eggs with cooking oil to give them a soft shine

Colorants: tartrazine E102; sunset yellow E102; carmoisine E 122; brilliant blue FCF E133; salt.
