·         Salvo esplicita indicazione nella descrizione, i francobolli non sono perfetti (*) ciò rende ragione perché vengano offerti con base d’asta tra il 5 ed il 10 % del valore indicato dai principali cataloghi.

·         La legge Giovanardi n° 254/2004 punisce chi concorre dolosamente a fabbricare o a commercializzare francobolli falsificati e poiché esiste la possibilità di vendita da parte nostra, (anche se ciò accade involontariamente), di ristampe o falsi provenienti da diverse compravendite, tutti i francobolli in inserzione e che non sono accompagnati da certificato peritale, sono venduti senza alcuna garanzia di autenticità.

(*) Per «perfetto» si intende il francobollo completo di marginatura o dentellatura, non assottigliato o ridipinto o riparato, con gomma originale e integra se nuovo e senza annullo deturpante, se usato.

WARNINGS

To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and disputes after purchase potential buyers by bidding agree to the following conditions:

- Unless explicitly stated in the description, the stamps are not perfect (*) this makes reason for them to be offered with auction base between 5 and 10 % of the value indicated by the main catalogs.

- The Giovanardi Law No. 254/2004 punishes those who maliciously concur to manufacture or market forged stamps, and since there is the possibility of sale by us, (even if this happens unintentionally), of reprints or forgeries from different purchases and sales, all stamps in the listing and which are not accompanied by an expert certificate, are sold without any guarantee of authenticity.

(*) “Perfect” means the stamp complete with margins or perforations, not thinned or repainted or repaired, with original and undamaged gum if new and without a defacing cancellation if used.
