The envelope shows some edge-wear and bending; faint marking on front; some tearing at top edge and corners; complete.
There may be a piece of clear tape on the envelope covering sticky price sticker residue.
By stating that a pattern is new, I mean that it has never been cut and is still in factory folds.
The photos are part of the description; this is the item that you will receive.
My items come from various sources. I do not know where they lived before they came to my house.
My home is smoke & pet free.
