Over the course of 3 years of shipping fish, I have almost no problems with transporting live fish, except in some rare cases where the shipment is lost for a week or due to extreme weather conditions.
The fish will be carefully packed in a polystyrene covered box with adequate insulation to ensure that they can tolerate the change in temperature during the winter and, if necessary, a thermal bag will be placed to guarantee the life of the fish.
Shipping schedule:
Fish will be shipped Monday and Tuesday
•Order placed after Tuesday will be shipped next Monday morning.
•Will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Shipping them on these days will eliminate the possibility of the package spending overnight in the warehouse, significantly increasing the chances of it arriving safely.
•If weather conditions do not allow it, they will be stored until they improve.

THE LIGHTING I USE MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN YOUR AQUARIUM, SO COLORS MAY BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPENDING ON THE LIGHTING YOU USED, fish will probably arrive colorless due to shipping stress, colors will return to be original when the fish calm down, marble gene maybe change color and marking for a short period of time
In the event that an animal dies upon arrival, follow these steps to file your claim:
•The claim must be made within 12 hours of the package being delivered.
• Take video and clear photos of the dead animal in the unopened bag along with the shipping label.
• Send us a message with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to help us diagnose the problem.
• Please allow us up to 24 hours to process the claim.
• Once the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you
•We will issue a refund for the fish excluding the shipping cost.
•Please note that if any of these steps are skipped, our DOA policy will be void
• If the delivery of the package was not carried out correctly on the first attempt because the customer sent us the wrong address, the DOA will be cancelled).
• The package is left outside for an extended period during extreme weather conditions. (Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it is your responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside for more than 3 hours from the time of delivery, the DOA will be voided.
