Upgrade 5 pole core motor for Hornby locos. This option has the more powerful magnets, and therefore produces a lot more torque.

This is just the core motor, and you will need to re-use your own existing worm gears or flywheels. These can be removed from your old motor with a bit of heat.

This motor is not a cheap 3v or 6v motor, this motor is rated correctly for all models and controllers. This is the same core five pole motor that Hornby use.

This item has been sat in storage for a while, and may show small cosmetic paint imperfections, which will not affect performance. All items are new, they are not used or seconds.

All motors are checked for smooth operation before they are sent.
