The jacket is in good to good minus condition with light edge wear and a couple of tiny edge tears. The jacket is protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good to good minus condition, free from rips, tears, bends, stains, and writing. The end pages are lightly toned. The book has been hand signed by the actress Helen Hayes in black ink on the front free end page. The boards are in good to good minus condition with a small bump on the top back edge. The binding is tight and square.
