Since all of our items are donated, they are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Our dedicated staff and volunteers do their best to research and describe items as accurately as possible. All of our electrical goods are PAT tested, ensuring they meet electrical safety standards. Items marked as "untested," "faulty," or "spares/repairs" have NOT been tested by our staff, so please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Information

We offer UK postage only, and items are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Royal Mail collections usually occur the day after dispatch. We strive to cover all postage and packaging costs without making a profit. We’re happy to combine postage if notified in advance and will refund any difference after the sale.
