Please note that due to the condition of the box (a little bit beat up) we decided to open it and confirm condition of the contents. This item appears to be brand new, still has factory tape and tags, and is factory sealed in a large plastic bag.

There is a sticker on the outer box that suggests the unit may be refurbished (ie, "thanks to you, this product has a second life"), however, in our opinion, it appears to be new from the factory. We made this determination based on the factory tape and seals (see photos; you don't normally find factory tape, stickers, etc., on refurbished units). Based on this, we're confident that this is a brand new unit, but please review the photos and judge for yourself.
