This listing is for a vintage "On the Spot" Line Drier by Dugdales.  This is marked Pat. Pending.  The patent was applied for in 1947 by Robert Dugdale, so this would be from that time period.  The line drier is collapsible, so it could be carried in a tackle box.  There are light signs of wear.  Condition as shown in photos.  I'm glad to combine shipping.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
