Vintage, limited edition color - BLACK CHROME!!!!  If you know Red Wing history, the Black Chrome leather is still the most beautiful version of black that you can find on leather!  How the leather wears in, even with minimal care. It was the same leather on the famous Red Wing engineer boots, 2268, also from the past. 

The insoles are not of leather but for comfort have the cushion of the original 204 SuperSoles.

The smaller Red Wing tag on the inside of the tongue as well as the name stamp on the outer ankle - you know these are super rare!

The iconic classic, 6 inch Moc-Toe sitting on an amazingly comfortable Cushion Crepe sole. "Steady traction for your all-day wear in comfort!"

The outsoles can be resoled by taking them to your local Red Wing shop. Some cobblers can do it but I find most shoe repair shops cannot. Might as well have the Red Wing factory resole them!

These are shopworn (See pictures to confirm quality) been on display so any scratches on the leather are as-is but, if you know boots, you know you are getting a great deal!
