1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.

2. We will happily offer replacement items or refund if  “Item is dead on arrival or damaged”, “There is a manufacturing fault with the item”,

    “The wrong item was sent to you”

3. Our items are intended for professional installation in order to avoid damage to the item ( Warranty will be void due to improper installation )

4. The warranty Does Not Cover failure due to Abuse, Misuse, Improper Repairs or Maintenance, Installation, Alteration or Modifications

1. We can ONLY ship to Australia.

2. We ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Generally, delivery time is 1-5 business days to Australia depending on delivery location.

    Some packages might be delayed by postal service.

3. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse and shipped via Australia Post by Parcel post with tracking no.

4. Items can be combined into one shipment.

5. Buyers can pick up the item from our warehouse.

   - Bank Deposit : Transfer from any bank account into our "Commonwealth" account either online or over the counter.

   - Pay on pick up : Cash payment on pick-up

2. Unpaid dispute will automatically open when item is not paid within 7 business days.

Only unused, undamaged and original condition item can be qualified for a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Please contact us to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out your return. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the returning package.
