At Dresses by Linda & Agnes, we create bridal gowns based on the design details selected by each bride. We work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life — from refined minimal silhouettes to dramatic statement pieces.
Our goal is to make each wedding even more meaningful by delivering a gown that reflects the bride’s personal style and preferences.
Each gown is individually constructed upon order. We use high-quality fabrics similar to those found in designer bridal collections.
Our gowns are built with:
• Multiple inner layers for structure
• Soft lining for comfort
• Reinforced interfacing
• Internal boning for shaping (varies by size and design)
• Built-in bust support
• Secure zipper or corset closures
This internal construction provides structure, support, and comfort throughout your event.
All beadwork is applied by hand using Swarovski crystals and Matsuno glass beads in carefully placed designs.
Once the design details are finalized, we will request your measurements along with a 50% deposit to begin production.
After the gown is completed, we will provide photographs for review. If adjustments are needed to match the agreed-upon design, we will address those prior to final payment.
The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
This process allows our clients to feel confident and informed throughout production.
Production typically takes 10–12 weeks. Depending on gown complexity, size, and detailing, it may take up to 16 weeks.
Production time begins once:
• Deposit is received
• Measurements are submitted
• All design details are finalized
If revisions are requested after completion, additional time will be required. Each round of changes may extend production by up to 4 weeks depending on the nature of the modification.
We recommend placing your order at least 6 months prior to your wear date.
All gowns are shipped insured for the full purchase value.
• Continental U.S.: $50
• International: Typically $70–$100 depending on location and package weight
Please allow up to 10 additional days for final quality control and shipment preparation.
While we provide tracking and insurance, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, as shipping providers operate independently.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Final payment is due within 14 days of completion.
If the remaining balance is not paid within that timeframe, a storage fee of $25 per week will apply for holding the finished gown.
Although gowns are constructed according to the measurements provided, minor alterations may be necessary after delivery. This is standard practice in bridalwear, including boutique and retail bridal stores.
We are not responsible for the cost of post-delivery alterations.
If a gown differs from the agreed-upon design details, we will correct it at no charge prior to final payment.
If new design changes are requested beyond the original agreement, additional fees may apply depending on the modifications requested.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
We offer a full refund if the gown is delivered on or after the verified wear date, unless the delay resulted from:
• Insufficient ordering time
• Customer-requested revisions that extended production
• Delays in receiving measurements or approvals
Wear date verification may require documentation such as a marriage certificate or officiant contact information.
We also offer refunds if the finished gown measurements differ by 2 inches or more from the measurements provided. Refunds are issued once the gown is returned in original condition.
Due to monitor settings and dye lot variations, slight color differences may occur between digital images and the finished garment.
