This is a porcelain bulldog whisk brush from the 1934 Chicago World Fair, made in Germany?

The item is not signed and is related to Chicago World's Fairs.

In excellent condition,  looks to have been in the box all these years. Just a small tear on the leather strap, plenty of pictures,  please take a look.
