You are looking at an original 1962 enamel metal tag from the Nishinomiya-Spokane Sister City Celebration.

The souvenir measures about 0.5 x 1.25" and is in very good condition with some light general wear on back and minor wear to red enamel only. It is marked silver on the back (unsure of the purity).
