Our trays use a new bulk moulding process that eliminates all those issues at the factory while adding a number of new benefits previously not possible
The compound of the tray is made from a thermosetting polymer when put under extreme pressure forms the shape of the tray with no join lines or need for reinforcing
The unique honeycomb pattern on the reverse of the tray is not just for rigidity but reduces the weight of the tray by at least a third when compared to old fashioned stone trays
This strength from the trays construction gives it the ability for it to be cut down to fit any small or awkward shaped bathroom
The easy to clean textured surface is highly scratch resistant, providing a long lasting quality product that is protected with a 5 year warranty
There is also the benefit of a level 3 anti-slip surface that is also hydro reflective, causing the water to rush towards the waste which avoids any pooling
Each tray comes with a super slimline waste capable of 30 litres per minute flow rate
If there is a larger void below the tray we offer a deeper waste as an alternative
