In order to maintain a secure transaction, all payments are processed through Ebay's Managed Payments, allowing our customers to pay with a multitude of payment options such as debit and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We are pleased to offer FAST standard shipping on all US orders. Once placed, your order will typically be processed within 1-2 business days, sometimes next day, with most items being delivered in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available if not set up, just ask. If you need something in a quicker fashion than offered, please contact us prior to purchase to make sure we can meet your deadline. 

We reserve the right to ship any item with signature delivered required.  This expense will be at our own cost.  Unfortunately, we have had some issues in some states that require us to send items with signature delivery. 

We don't accept returns on any items unless they are rendered defective, which would typically be an item that is mechanical in nature.  Additionally, certain products such as tub toys or anything having to do with personal hygiene being involved are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product. 

Certain items may be eligible for international purchase and shipping under the eBay Global Shipping Program. Any additional shipping and/or import fees will be calculated upon checkout and are calculated through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Once you have purchased we will inform you about the shipping details (tracking number).

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and VAT charges are the buyers responsibility.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders shipped outside of the USA.  Once the item arrives at the destination for transport from the eBay Global Shipping Program, we have no control over the packaging of the item as it is known that at times, packages are opened by Global Shipping and/or Customs.
