I have two headlight assembly clusters for a 2018 Ford f150 two-wheel drive.They are OEM parts. They include three bulbs each. I can't speak as to whether the bulbs work or not because I have no way of checking. But they do come with the three bulbs that are shown They're in good condition as you can see by the pictures.
