it comes exactly how you see it. i did not want to push the mouthpiece all the way down because it was getting to be a very tight fit and i dont want it to get stuck if one end is slightly off. im assuming it needs refurbishment but they are no obvious dents or dings or broken parts. im open to offers as the 2 currently listed examples are far more than the last sold example.
