Burkulai Viktor Benevich (1927-2000)
He was born in Lugansk. He was graduated from Lugansk art school. He studied at Kiev art Academy. He worked in Zitomir (not far from Kiev).He led the pedagogical activity for a long time. He attended to the monumental art too.He is considered one of the best landscape painters. His paintings are in many museums and in the private collections.
