APPLICATION:
In the morning and/or evening, apply Clear Fx Skin Brightening Cream to the entire face (avoiding eyelids) extending to the hairline, over the ears and ending with a feathering motion from the jaw line down the neck. A second coat of obagi clear can be applied directly to dark spots.
