We provide FREE standard shipping service to most metropolitan areas across Australia. We cannot ship to PO Box address and cannot offer free shipping to some selected areas (please contact us if you have any questions).

In general, you will receive your item between 5 and 7 business days after dispatch, depending on different delivery areas.

We will ship to your eBay or PayPal address. Please make sure your postal address is correct before you proceed the payment. If you have any special instructions for your order, please leave us a message on eBay through checkout or notify us immediately after payments. 

In general, we will proceed with your order and ship the items out within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

We accept PayPal payments, bank deposit and cash on pick-up.

Please proceed your payments within 3 days to avoid any delay. If you do not pay for the item within 3 days, an eBay dispute will be opened to retrieve our eBay selling fees. Please choose the products carefully before placing your order.

We don’t normally accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. If you cancel your order while in transit, applicable freight fees and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund after the item is returned.

Exchanges or refunds can be given where goods are manufacturing defect, wrongly sent or don’t do what they are supposed to. Please contact us through eBay Message within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide us with images of the damaged item as well as your eBay ID and order number, we will provide you with further instructions for arranging an exchange or a refund.

Please be aware that all items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and conditions. Once we have received your package and inspected the items, we will ship your replacement item again as soon as reasonably possible. Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to issue a full or partial refund to the value of the item. Please do not return the item before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
