This step up adapter ring is made of high-quality aluminium alloy, durable, does not deform, is also corrosion resistant and shiny.
The ring adapter can be easily screwed to the front of any 30.5 mm lens and converts the thread size of your lens into the thread size of any other 49 mm accessory (e.g. filters, motor hoods, flashes and lens converter) and other 49 mm accessories. The purpose is to increase the diameter of the lens, but can still be easily removed when not needed.
The thread size of the lens is printed under your lens cap or written somewhere on the lens frame. This number is always pre-fixed with an "O (diameter) symbol. Example: diameter 30.5 = 30.5 mm lens thread. This number is located on the back of your lens. Make sure you order the right size, otherwise it will not fit your lenses.
Compatible with: side of the lens: 30.5 mm. On the side of the filter thread: 49 mm. Compatible with all 30.5 mm camera lenses or 49 mm UV CPL filter accessories.
