Christmas Knitting Pattern - Pigs in Blankets!

🎄Meet the Christmas Piggy family! They're all wrapped up in their favourite Christmas blankets ready for the big day, and each one is hiding a surprise stash of treats! ❤️
Please note - due to either small knitted pieces/felt shapes, strings, or the use of plastic eyes/buttons, these are not suitable for children under 3yrs old.

This cute trio will make a delightful gift to family, friends and for charity knits ❄️ they fit a surprising amount of treats inside, they can hold an entire small selection box each, or a netted bag of chocolate coins!

Make these super little Bags for a unique Christmas gift 🎁

Materials:
3mm straight needles, yarn needle
DK coloured yarn for all as required (see list below)
Oddments of yarn for baubles

All can be made from cost effective 25 g DK toy yarn balls, and using oddments for smaller features, which is what I used for most of the pattern - however I used Stylecraft Special DK colour "Blush" for the piggy's head as it was a perfect piggy colour!

Perfect for a confident beginner, simple easy to follow pattern;  Stitch skills you will need are just knit and purl.  These patterns use a picot button hole, which will require you to yarn over (wrap the yarn around the needle) and knit the next two stitches together to create a small hole as part of the pattern, and an Irish Moss Stitch which is a simple repetition of knit and purl stitches - full instructions are in the pattern.

If you have any questions, please pm me on the eBay messaging and I will endeavour to help you!
