All measurements are taken when the pant is laying flat and not stretched with the front and back waist matched up. 

Waist - Across the waist band with front and back even times two.

Inseam - From the crotch seam to the pant hem.

Hips - Across just below the bottom of the zipper times two.

Rise - From the crotch seam to the top of the waist band.

Hem - Across the edge of the pant hem.

Smoke & pet free environment.
