Not sure about the scale of this rug - it definitely looks like it was cut at one point at one of the ends since it is not finished or have black stitching. This is an odd size - 5 inches wide and about 12 and three quarters inch long

This was from a lifelong collector of high end mostly older German dollhouse pieces. I will be listing most of the items on eBay.
