1983 UK released interview of Bauhaus recorded at The Lyceum London. 

Vinyl is visually VG+.  There is what looks like a longer scratch on the single face side, but I can't feel it with my finger nor do I hear any audible effects.  This is an interview recorded at the Lyceum so it's not an audiophile quality recording to begin with.  But it's a fun listen and a cool picture of Peter Murphy on both sides.
