Description
This PoE-Powered 5-Port Gigabit Switch from Intellinet Network Solutions is designed to take power from a PoE switch or injector and pass both data and electrical power directly to a number of PoE-compatible devices via standard Ethernet cables. Equipped with five Gigabit ports, it can power up to four IP video cameras or wireless access points, drawing its own power from the PoE switch it is connected to, and deliver network speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps. Its high range and weatherproof housing are especially useful for outdoor surveillance camera deployments, where both power and data connectivity are critical. As opposed to traditional 1-port outdoor PoE extenders, this 4-output switch simplifies the expansion of your outdoor infrastructure as needed for easier scalability of your network.
