Biopurus Walnut oil is cold pressed from the nut meats of the Walnut, Juglans regia L., Juglandaceae. Oil contain a lot of “healthy” fat, and is source of essential fatty acids and antioxidants. Walnuts provide an unusually high level of vitamin E in the form of gamma-tocopherol.
