• Box Condition: CAREFULLY EXAMINE EACH PICTURE.  We do not guarantee "mint" condition boxes, that description is based on each person's opinion. We take pictures of every angle of the box, and product inside, we also point out any box damage we notice while taking it out of the EcoTEK protectors for pictures. The pictures are the best way to see box quality, if there's minor damage, I tend to spot it in the pictures before I see it in person. Please message us if you need additional details or pictures, we want you to be an informed buyer and we appreciate you considering our POPS!
• Returns: We know the quality of our product when we ship it out, we package each item carefully for successful delivery and our customers are happy with our quality of shipping. We accept returns because we know sometimes things happen, however, some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, especially if product isn't returned in the EXACT same condition as purchased. IF DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF UNOPENED DAMAGED BOX. Please message us with pics prior to opening, not doing so may result in customer being responsible for cost of return shipping, as well as possible restocking fee, depending on quality of product returned.

• POPs are stored in EcoTEK Protectors (excluding some in unusual packaging), on shelves. 
• Your pop will be sent in an EcoTEK Protector (we have protectors for most POPS but not all, unusual packaging may prohibit, we will do our best to note if not in a protector). Most of our POPS will be shipped in a protector, a box, then another shipping box. I carefully wrap your boxed POP! with packing material, in another sturdy box to ensure your product arrives in the condition you purchased. We understand safely shipping our products is very important, we do everything we can to get your product to you in the same condition that it was purchased. We appreciate your business.
• Product ships within one business day of purchase.
