This is an N Scale Pallet Load of a large Coil of Cooper Wire marked number 8002.  I bought this at a Train Show so I can't tell you too much about it.  It is made of plastic and has very good detail, note the markings.  The Pallet is about 5/8 inch wide & 5/8 inches deep.  It is in good condition.
