Onions with special qualities, with cylindrical shape bulbs of golden-yellow colour. The pulp is consistent, white and sweet. 
It can be used fresh, but also stores well.

Soil - Well-drained and rich in organic matter. A soil pH of 5.5 to 6.5 is ideal
Position - Sunny, sheltered spot
