Please read our Terms and Conditions in full before bidding, placing an offer or buying an item. Buying from us you are agreeing to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below, if you purchase an item we will assume you have read this:

Combined shipping for domestic and international: We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. A combined invoice will be sent on multiple purchases. Please do NOT pay for items before a combined invoice is sent, otherwise items cannot be combined. If buying large orders where it would be difficult to estimate combined shipping, we will send a combined invoice and once payment is received, we will pack and weigh the items and look to refund a portion of the shipping overages.

All of our shipping rates are calculated and can be found by entering your zip code or country in the listing. If you disagree with the shipping rate please pass on the item as we will not change the shipping cost.

Ask ALL questions prior to purchase of the item. If the item is purchased, we will not be able to answer questions concerning it. We do not answer questions within best offers, please send the question through the Ebay messages process.

Item Description and Condition: Please see an item specifics for condition and details. We run over 10,000 auctions at all times and descriptions may appear minimal but we are very happy to answer any questions you may have as long as you ask them BEFORE committing to buy the item or making offers. Do not ask questions within the offer. Items may differ slightly from the photo if they are part of a multiple listing or have been re-listed. If you are unsure of anything please ask BEORE buying. We do not answer questions after the item is paid for as the item will have already been sent to our shipping dept to be sent out.

Ending auctions and separation: We do not end our auction listings early and we do not break up our auctions to sell individual pieces when collections are offered.

Item Packaging: We do not guarantee the condition of any packaging on any item. If an item is described as new it is the item inside the packaging we are describing not the packaging, new means the packaging has not been opened and the item inside is unused. If a package has dings, creases or crushed bubbles we will do our best to indicate as such, however, view the photos provided and any questions please ask BEFORE making an offer or purchase.

Payment:  We only accept payments through Ebay. Payment is expected within 4 days as per Ebay’s policy. If you are waiting for other auctions to end, payment must still be made within 4 days of the auction ending from the first item purchased. 

Shipping: Items are usually shipped the day after payment with the exception of items paid on Fri/Sat/Sun which are then usually shipped Mon or Tue. A tracking number will be provided once we pack and look to ship the item.

Returns: We do accept returns, please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason you wish to return the item. Apart from exceptional circumstances we do not pay for return postage or refund initial postage costs.  We only accept returns by opening a returns case through eBay.

Feedback: Positive feedback is automatically left after positive feedback is received by the buyer.

Blocked Buyers: In some rare instances we need to block buyers from making offers or purchases. This could be for various reason such as non payment of previous items, multiple cancellations, insulting offers, difficult communications, or rude remarks to us or our staff. In these rare instances we will not allow purchases or offers and will not communicate with the buyer once blocked.
