Our products are either customer returns or overstock from major retail stores. Items can be returned for a variety of reasons:

- Incompatibility
- Misunderstanding of functionality
- etc.
All our items are fully inspected, tested and described accordingly. In some cases the user manual may not be included, but this can be downloaded from the manufacturers website
