Since this is handmade with no size tag, I used the measurements and the size 34" bust mannequin, to determine a size. 

This could be a women's small also. As you can see it doesn't fit the mannequin's bust and the measurements armpit to armpit on the sweater is 16" flat lay with the front closed, touching. 

The waist measures 15.5" flat with it closed, not pulling the drawstring.
