Warranty:
All products must be installed by professional workshops (Not technicians who work from home because limited with equipment)
If you need to claim warranty you will need an installation process report from the workshop (a qualified mechanical report is required for warranty, the installation is required to be done by a qualified mechanic)
All Warranties are back-to-base at customer expense - we will not pay for postage
All items come with factory warranty (1 year)
Warranty only cover the product itself, nothing else
Warranty won't cover if products have been modified, exceeding load specifications of the product.
All products are designed for "normal" use and are in no way covered under warranty should the vehiclebe used in any form of extreme sports or competition racing
Return:
All return items must be in Brand New condition with its package & boxes (We refuse the right to give refund if you do not return in brand new condition or if there are missing parts)
All return items must attach your ebay user ID, full name, phone number & email
We will charge 15% restocking fee if you have ordered the wrong product or change of mind (Please note: Even if an order is shipped as " Free Freight", the items cost us freight and freight cost will be deducted from the refundable amount
All return postage are at customers expense - we will not pay for postage for returns.
No return is accepted after 30 days of purchased
