** Please DO NOT return any items to the address on the original shipping label. Contact us first to receive a proper return address and RMA authorization before sending back any product.

• This part includes a 1 YEAR WARRANTY from date of purchase.

• Parts that are defective due to factory defect are only allowed for exchange and will only be exchanged during the original warranty period.

• The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

• The customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label using the shipper of their choice in order for us to process the exchange.

• We will ship a replacement unit to you once we receive the defective part.

• Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the part only and does not extend to any additional costs such as additional parts or labor.

• Amped Core Global neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise.

• Defective parts will only be exchanged during the original warranty period.

• Any signs of misuse such as alterations or physical damage to the casing, improper installation, removal of the serial number, water damage, or neglect will disqualify the product for warranty claims.

Returns:

• All of our products can be returned or exchanged for FREE within 30 business days of receipt if the product arrives to be "not as described".

• It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct application information prior to purchasing any product from Amped Core Global. Returns for buyer error/no longer needed or returns missing hardware or needing cleaned due to grease will reduce the refunded amount by up to 25%.

• The item(s) must be returned in the original box in the exact NEW condition it was received (undamaged, cleaned from grease, all original pieces and hardware included).

• All products will be inspected upon return. If the part does not arrive in the new condition including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, defacement, broken or missing parts, excessively dirty, or improperly packed causing damage in transit, then a further restocking fee above the standard 25% will be assessed or even a complete denial of the return in which the product will be mailed back to the customer.

• The item(s) must be returned in the original box in the exact NEW condition it was received and packed with plenty of padding (undamaged, cleaned from grease, all original pieces and hardware included).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• it is at our sole discretion if we decide to accept a non-qualified item for return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
