Shipping:
CSH Electric Motor Supply ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed before 4pm EST will be processed and shipped out the same day. If your payment method is done with and E-Check through Paypal, your order will NOT ship until your check is cleared. Typically this can take 2-3 days.
Orders will be shipped to your address you have on file with Paypal, if you move it is your responsibility to keep your shipping address updated. Should the package be returned to us as un-deliverable due to an error in the address you have on file, additional shipping costs will be required to be paid before your item gets re-shipped to you.
If you receive your part damaged/defective you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your. This is to insure that we can file a claim with the carrier when applicable. Please send an email describing the damage and attach pictures of the part and the packaging for our inspection.
Please note: Ebay calculates the shipping, but customers should be aware of duties/fees that CSH Inc. can not control.

In an event that we have misrepresented any item by its picture, listing description, or the wrong item had been shipped to you, CSH Electric Motor Supply will take full responsibility. We strive to keep our listings up to date on information and pictures, errors do happen. Manufactures however do make several changes to many items to which we are not notified if these are cosmetic changes. This such images do not qualify for a return based on misrepresentation.
We have a 10 day return policy starting from date of delivery (confirmed by the carrier). You must contact us BEFORE you ship any item back to obtain a return authorization number within this time frame. We must receive the item being returned within 14 days of delivery date. Parts are not eligible for return for any reason if we are not notified within the 14 day time frame.
For a return claim to be process a RMA # (return materials authorization) will be issued upon request. This RMA # is required to process your return. If we receive part back to us with out an RMA # no refund will be issued. A copy of the packing slip or the original packing slip must be inside the box when item is returned. A packing slip is required to process your return. If we receive part back to us with out a packing slip your refund will be delayed or not issued.
Once an RMA # is issued you will have 7 days to return the item back to us. After these 7 days have passed, your refund is subject to approval and your refund may be reduced or not issued. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please allow 1 to 3 days on returns for a credit to be issued if required due to serial number verification, testing, etc. You will be notified by your payment service once we have received the item back to us and a refund has been issued.
To avoid a charge be sure to return item in its original box (if a new item) with its original packing contents. If a package is refused for any reason. Your refund amount due may be adjusted to reflect any but not limited to; any re-stocking fees, shipping charges for return of item, and/or UPS refusal charges.
Any item to be returned for credit which is not for warranty (warranty product to be reviewed prior to refund) can not have any evidence of installation i.e. bolt marks, cut/shortened wires, shaft set screw marks, shortened shaft or any other evidence of installation (unless sold as an used or installed part) . This will be interpreted as "used" and is not resalable as a "new" product.
Such evidence may cause the refusal of refund.
