Beekeeping Larocca is located in Viguzzolo, at the foot of the Tortona hills, in the heart of Val Grue (AL). It has been organically producing fruits and vegetables, honey and preserves since 2006. Family-run farm where respect for people, the environment and the biodiversity of the territory is always a fundamental point, making work a great passion. Our ORGANIC Commitment All fruit and vegetable products of the company are certified organic by "Soolo e Salute n.doc. 01-02728-0001" Grown strictly without the use of chemical and synthetic molecules, thus resulting in a natural, healthy, good product and completely free of pesticides and plant protection chemicals. Possible variations in appearance, color, or flavor depend on its naturalness. Crystallization is a normal process of honey "maturation" and is an index of quality. By heating the honey in a double boiler to 40 degrees, it will become liquid again.
