·         Just because your key does not look like the key in the photo does not mean it is not the right key! Different manufacturers' keys look different but are the same key for the same keyway!

·         If you prefer a certain key brand such as Ilco or Silca over another, please let us know BEFORE we ship and we will try our best to accommodate you.

·         Please check the key blank in your lock BEFORE having it cut. If it doesn’t go into your lock, please contact us before having it cut. No refunds on cut key blanks.

·         You will need to take the purchased key blank along with your existing key to a locksmith, big box store, hardware store, or dealership to have it duplicated.

·         We highly recommend using a professional locksmith.
