Place a piece of paper on the floor, making sure one edge is pressed firmly against the wall. Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall and ensure the paper lies flat and stable under your foot.
With your weight evenly distributed, mark the point where the tip of your longest toe touches the paper. Repeat this step for both feet, as one foot may be slightly larger than the other.
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark for your longest toe. Record this measurement carefully, and use the larger of the two measurements to find your shoe size on the size chart provided.
