Cancellation & Modification

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us only if you have NOT received a shipping confirmation.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from our official Ringke eBay store, please contact us with a brief reason for the return, along with any supporting pictures or videos, and your order information.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original packaging in the same condition as when received.

o The 20% restocking fee may apply to products not returned in their original condition or if components are missing.

The refund process may take up to 1 to 2 weeks after the item has been received, which includes inspection and bank processing time.

o Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
o Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

Limited Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for Ringke products purchased through our official Ringke eBay store against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If a material or workmanship defect arises within the Warranty Period, and a valid claim is received, Ringke Store will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

※ Please note: We may request the return of the original item to evaluate your claim or for reference in development and revision purposes.

If the product was purchased as part of a combo package, we will only replace the defective item and not the entire package.

What is not covered:

Normal wear and tear from product use

Damages made by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or abnormal usage

Installation failure or user carelessness

Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use

Damage from improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

Modifications or alterations made to the product

Any product not manufactured by Ringke, including, but not limited to, non-Ringke products used in connection with the product
