Cancellation & Modification
If you would like to cancel or modify your order,
please contact us only if you have NOT received a shipping confirmation.
If the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled, and you may place a new order.
If the item has already been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may return the item, and a refund will be issued once it has been received at our warehouse.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges.
All exchange requests will be treated as returns. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
You may place a new order at your convenience while your return is being processed.
